This FDP is a response to what Ajay learnt from almost a decade of his interactions with several academicians in India, in assisting implementation of OBE, and designing software system solutions for outcomes analysis.

The topics of this FDP are chosen to offer clarity and remove many misconceptions and misinterpretations which Ajay observed and experienced while implementing OBE in India.

The FDP intersects the end-to-end curriculum design process right from choosing Graduate Attributes or Entrustable Professional Attributes for a Program down to a question designing. And then the program follows the topics of outcomes measurement, analysis and continuous improvement.

Ajay Bhagwat is an ed-tech expert of technologies for Academic Quality Assurance, Competency based medical education (CBME), Outcomes-based education, and of technologies to improve outcomes of accreditations such as ABET, AACSB, NBA, NAAC accreditation.

Ajay is a passionate Computer and Mechanical engineer and has over 35 + years of professional experience. Ajay is dedicated to maintaining a reputation built on quality, service, and uncompromising ethics.

Ajay manages Product Engineering, Market and Business Development, and Delivery for InPods in India for implementation of their state-of-the-art cloud-based technology platform for State and Private Universities, B-schools, Engineering colleges, and corporate training divisions.

Ajay has special expertise of Lean manufacturing. He spearheaded a program of implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles based on Toyota’s standards of manufacturing, in a large-scale seamless steel tubes plant. The core objective was to improve quality and plant efficiency, continuous improvement, reduce wastes, inventory, and costs.

Ajay passionately conducts Faculty Development Programs for the teachers in higher education to promote the culture of Outcomes-based Education.
